Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) opened Sunday’s trading session with negative performance, dragged by the fall of the banking sector.
By 10:53 am KSA time, the main Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) declined 0.62%, or 54.86 points, to 8,814.84 points.
TASI’s traded volume reached 26.6 million shares exchanged at a turnover of SAR 602.77 million through 21.540 transactions.
The banking sector topped the losers falling 0.89%, followed by the pharma, biotech and life science sector with 0.75%.
Meanwhile, the software and services sector headed the gainers adding 0.8%.
On the other hand, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, decreased by 0.2%, or 7.87 points, to 3,673.53 points.
