Riyadh – Mubasher: Banque Saudi Fransi said its shareholders approved 5% dividends or 50 halalas per share for the second half of 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Total approved dividends amounted to SAR 601.11 million for H2-16.
The shareholders of record as of the general meeting on 20 April will be entitled to receive dividends.The company will start distributing dividends on 4 May.
The shareholders also approved 5.5% dividends or 55 halalas per share for the first half of 2016, totalling SAR 662.95 million.
