Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Banque Saudi Fransi approved, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Wednesday, to distribute SAR 0.80 per share as cash dividends for the second half of 2018.
Banque Saudi Fransi will pay the dividends on 16 May to the entitled registry, according to a bourse filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.
The shareholders also approved the SAR 0.90 previously paid dividends for the first half of 2018.
It is noteworthy that during the full-year 2018, the bank posted a decline of 6.37% in profits to SAR 3.307 billion from SAR 3.532 billion in the previous year.
