Dubai – Mubasher: Sweid & Sweid, a UAE-based developer, on Wednesday announced achieving AED 100 million in unit sales in the pre-launch phase of the Banyan Tree Residences.
The sales value was achieved in a single month, the firm revealed.
Situated on 110,000 square feet, the 31-storey Banyan Tree Residences project is slated for delivery in the third quarter of 2019, a statement released on Wednesday showed.
“The Banyan Tree Residences promises to be one of the most prestigious addresses in Dubai,” Sweid & Sweid’s managing partner Maher Sweid stated.
The project comprises a variety of amenities including the Banyan Tree Spa, a fitness centre with saunas, and squash court, along with an indoor children’s play area and a poolside cafe.
“Our design, construction and procurement track record stemming from our heritage and experience as industry-leading fit-out contractors has joined with the Banyan Tree design team to ensure no stone has been left unturned in achieving the highest standards,” Sweid noted.
