Cairo – Mubasher: Barons Court Sports & Leisure Co. launched the third phase of Alex West project in Alexandria that covers an area of 467,000 square metres, with total investments of EGP 12 billion.
The whole project of Alex West has an area of 620 acres with total investments of EGP 50 billion, and it includes residential, educational, medical, commercial, leisure, touristic, administrative, and sports projects, Hisham Akram, the managing director said.
The residential buildings number will reach 172 that will provide 5,000 residential units in the third phase, Akram added on Wednesday during a press conference.
The first residential phase, Antoniades was completed with an area of 530,000 square metres, including 520 residential villas, and the 258,000 square-metre second phase, Saintcatherine is under construction and it will provide 406 villas.
Alex West project includes Batterjee city, the Saudi German Hospital, Radisson Blu Hotel, and the international national school, Wellington, Akram concluded.
