Doha – Mubasher: Barwa Real Estate Company awarded the establishment of a warehouse complex project in Um Shahrein area to Qatar building and Engineering Company (QBEC) for QAR 395.85 million.
According to a bourse filing released on Wedensday, the project is planned to be finished within 12 months.
The complex comprises storage warehouses, air-conditioned storage areas and a residential compound for the employees working in the complex. The infrastructure of the project consisting of 13 sub power stations.
The stock rose in today’s early trading by 2.18% to QAR 32.8 through exchanging 125,300 shares at QAR 4.08 million.
