Doha-Mubasher: Barwa Real Estate has signed a Sharia-run financing agreement with Masraf Al Rayan for QAR 1.618 billion ($44.3 million).
The credit facility will be used for refinancing an Islamic debt obligation due to Barwa. The financing has duration of five to seven years.
