Riyadh – Mubasher: Batic Investments and Logistics Company has appointed Turki Al Thunayan as acting CEO of the company after the resignation of Fahad Al Guthami for personal reasons.
Al Thunayan will have the post until electing a new CEO, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.
The company noted that Al Guthami will remain as one of the board’s members.
