Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Bawan Holding recommended distributing cash dividends at 2.5%, or SAR 0.25 a share, for the fourth quarter of 2015.
Q4-15 distribution thus represents a total amount of SAR 15 million, compared to SAR 25 million for the year-ago period.
These dividends are due to shareholders of record till 6 March. It will also be paid out on 20 March.
The company’s profits for Q4-15 declined 55% year-over-year to SAR 17 million from SAR 37 million.
