Riyadh – Mubasher: Bawan Holding decided to distribute 2.5% dividends for the fourth quarter of 2016 at SAR 0.25 per share, totaling SAR 15 million.
Shareholders of record until the close of trading on 5 March are eligible for the dividends, which will be distributed as of 19 March, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The company's capital amounts to SAR 600 million, distributed over 60 million shares at SAR 10 per share.
Bawan reported a net profit of SAR 14.2 million for Q4-16, up 15.86% from SAR 16.88 million in the year-ago period.
