Beike to promote Ellington Dubai properties in China

Dubai - Mubasher: Ellington has signed a partnership with Beike, a Chinese open-platform real estate listings portal.

The deal allows Beike, which reaches buyers in 300 cities and serves more than 200 million families, to promote Ellington’s Dubai real estate offering to Chinese investors, according to the company’s statement.

The agreement was signed at a ceremony in Beijing between the Dubai-based developer’s managing directors Robert Booth and Joseph Thomas, and Gene Shi, the head of Beike’s international operations.

“Dubai has reported an increase in arrival of Chinese tourists as well as strong bilateral business ties. Given its influence in the Chinese market, Beike is a strong choice for partnership to build awareness of Ellington on the ground in China and to encourage further investment from the Chinese market,” said Booth.
