Cairo - Mubasher: Beltone Capital Holding Co. announced that its board of directors has approved the study conducted by independent financial advisor on the fair value of the company's stocks.
The study set the company's fair value at EGP 27.28 per share.
Meanwhile, the board gave a nod to the proposal of amending the company's name to become Avaris Holding for Financial Investments.
The firm reported earlier, net profits of EGP 11.26 million for the nine-month period ended September 2015, against losses of EGP 642,800 for the same period of the preceding year.
