Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Administrative Court has postponed the appeal of Beltone Financial Holding against the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) and the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) to 4 April 2017, Atef El-Sherif told Mubasher on Tuesday.
The CEO of El-Sherif Law Firm and Consultants also said that the court was adjourned in order to review the documents portfolio.
Beltone sued the chairmen of EGX and EFSA after the several consecutive decisions to suspend trading of Beltone’s stock following recurrent gains on the stock.
