Cairo - Mubasher: Beltone Financial Holding reported net profits of EGP 5.143 million in the 11-month period ended 19 November 2015.
The company saw net profits of EGP 15.3 million for the similar period of the previous year.
These financial figures came to reflect the company's financial performance before executing the acquisition deal of Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding (OTMT) and Act Financial over 97.39% stake in Beltone.
Beltone's topline stood at EGP 49.855 million for this period of 2015, compared with EGP 53.9 million a year earlier.
Beltone said it reported earlier net profits of EGP 4.73 million for the nine-month period ended 30 September 2015, compared with EGP 12.99 million for the similar period of 2014.
