Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange carried out a transaction worth 69.92 million on Beltone's shares, said the company in a bourse filing on Sunday.
The company thus sold 7.7 million shares at EGP 12.56 each, the filing revealed.
Earlier, the Egyptian Exchange opened the OPR market to allow Beltone to offer 11.83 million shares that represent 7% of its total shares at EGP 12.56 selling price each.
On 23 November, the company received purchase orders over nearly 4.08 million shares, which accounts for nearly 34.5% of the total number of shares the company offered earlier.
