Cairo – Mubasher: Beltone Financial said it set the fair value of Heliopolis Company for Housing at EGP 124.69 per share before stock split and at EGP 31.17 per share after stock split.
Beltone also assigned a buy recommendation to the stock of Heliopolis Housing.
Earlier, Heliopolis Housing secured the approval of the Egyptian Exchange to reduce its stock par value from EGP 1/shr to EGP 0.25/shr.
