Cairo – Mubasher: Beltone Financial Holding decided to increase its capital by EGP12.55 million through bonus share distribution.
In a bourse filing, the company announced capital top-up to EGP338.03 million from EGP325.48 by distributing 6.27 million shares at a par value of EGP2 each due to shareholders of record till the coming fourth of May.
In last October, OTMT’s arm raised its capital from EGP 125.48 million to EGP 325.48 million, up by EGP 200 million distributed across 100 million shares at EGP 2 par value each.
In 2014, the company’s profits dropped 79.4% year-on-year to EGP15.3 million from EGP74.3 million.
