Cairo – Mubasher: Beltone Financial Holding will manage two initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) in the consumer goods and industrial sectors this year, managing director Mohamed El Akhdar told Alborsa News.
The Egypt-based financial institution has reached the final phases of an acquisition with one of the aforementioned companies in preparation for the IPO, El Akhdar highlighted.
