Cairo – Mubasher: Beltone Research raised the fair value of Madinet Nasr Housing to EGP 36.63 per share, with positive outlook.
The research unit said it expects the stocks fair value to move higher in the case that the company moves towards developing the lands rather than selling it as raw – land.
Beltone raised the Madinet Nasr’s stocks fair value on the increasing selling prices of the lands per meter square.
