Cairo – Mubasher: Edita Food Industries said Wednesday that Berco Limited has reduced its stake in the company from 41.8% to 8.8% after selling 239.3 million shares to Quantum Investment BV for EGP 4.3 billion.
Edita said Wednesday that the transaction was executed during Wednesday’s trading, according to a statement to the bourse.
Thus, Quantum Investment’s ownership in Edita rose to 33%.
