Cairo – Mubasher: Beta Egypt for Urban Development has signed a cooperation agreement with global real estate company REMAX-RFM to provide resale or lease services to customers in many of Beta Egypt’s projects, according to a company statement.
The agreement came in line with Beta Egypt’s commitment to providing its customers with quality after-sales services, the statement added.
"This cooperation ensures that the client achieves the target returns from investing in the units without incurring any effort and also provides a variety of facilities for those who are willing to buy,” Beta Egypt’s vice managing director for financial affairs Tarek El-Moghazi said.
The agreement with REMAX-RFM facilitate lease for Beta’s customers to ensure the generation of the highest returns, El-Moghazi added.
El-Moghazi commented: "REMAX-RFM with its global expertise provides customers wishing to resell the units multiple services by preparing a fair evaluation of the unit and ensure that they are sold as soon as possible and with proper legal procedures.”
REMAX-RFM has recently established its headquarters at Beta Egypt’s Golf Corner Mall in October Gardens which is scheduled for inauguration in early December.
