Cairo-Mubasher: Beta Egypt for Urban Development has signed a cooperation protocol with Commercial International Bank (CIB) and Egyptian Housing Finance Co. (EHFC) to finance the Golf Residence project at the 6th of October City.
The move aims to bolster the real estate financing, which is considered one of the most important mechanisms that will boost sales and growth rates of the real estate sector, said Alaa Fekry, chairman of Beta Egypt.
According to the protocol, customers should pay 50% of the unit price in advance and the remaining amount should be paid over four years. The interest will be considered from the third year, the chairman said.
