Big 5 Qatar kicks off Monday

Mubasher: The Big 5 Qatar will officially open its doors at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Centre (DCCC) on Monday, 24 September.

The Big 5 Qatar exhibition takes place during the period between 24 and 26 September.

The three-day event will host around 240 exhibitors from more than 21 countries across the world including Kuwait, Turkey, Italy, China, and Canada amongst others.

The event is held under the patronage of Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al Thani, according to a recent statement.

“The Big 5 Qatar is the perfect place for them to network, conduct business, find new products and enhance their professional skills," Rawad Sleem, country manager for organizers dmg events Doha, commented.

Moreover, several businesses and trade professionals are expected to meet local and international construction companies exhibiting at the Big 5 Qatar in Doha.

"The Big 5 Qatar will provide a platform for companies looking to grow their business in a market busy with preparations for 2022 FIFA World Cup and the long-term QatarVision 2030," Jose Vicente, DCCC's CEO, said.

A number of deals and partnerships are expected to be signed during the event.
