Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials (Bildco) got its board nod to sell its 10% stake in Vision Capital to Al Wathba National Insurance Company, according to a bourse filing.
Bildco sold its stake for a total value of AED 6 million ($1.6 million), according to the Monday filing.
