UAE - Mubasher: BinGhatti Developers, a UAE-based real estate development company, has completed 90% of its new AED 400 million project, BinGhatti Millennium Residences.
Located on the Dubai Water Canal in the Business Bay, the project includes 230 studio units and many one and two-bedroom apartments, inspired by the international Millennium Hotels and Resorts, according to a recent press release.
To be delivered in the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, the project is attracting many regional and international investors, as shown by the sales data of the project.
The CEO of BinGhatti Developers, Muhammad bin Ghatti, noted that the project is part of the company's real estate portfolio with 40 projects valued at AED 3.5 billion.
Ghatti said that the occupancy rate of "BinGhatti" housing projects exceeds 80%.
The CEO of BinGhatti Developers further remarked: "We are pleased that the Millennium BinGhatti Residences project is fully completed and the hand-over will begin during the first quarter of next year, prior to the launch of the Dubai International Expo, scheduled for October 2021."
