Dubai - Mubasher: BinGhatti Developers has begun implementing its future plan of executing 17 projects, worth AED 3 billion, in different districts in Dubai, CEO Muhammad BinGhatti told Al Khaleej newspaper.
The new projects will be based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Business Bay, Al Jaddaf, Dubailand Residence Complex, and Liwan, he added.
BinGhatti is considering buying more lands available for development in these districts to increase its land portfolio, which currently amounts to 2 million square feet, the top official told newspaper.
BinGhatti Developers achieved a dynamic growth last year with more than 30 projects in various districts in Dubai, which will add 6,000 units in the local market, BinGhatti told Al Khaleej.
He noted that the company was set to establish a wood and aluminum factory in Dubai Silicon Oasis with total construction area reaching 100,000 square feet.
