Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai-based Binghatti Developers announced that it has completed the construction of Binghatti Crystals in Dubai Silicon.
The 12-floor property is located off Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, according to the company’s statement.
“The project is a testament to our commitment to iconicity of buildings, high-quality, and timely delivery,” Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO and Head of Architecture at Binghatti Holding, said.
Covering an area of 154,785 square metres, the property comprises a total of 219 residential units including 159 studios, 8 one bedroom, and 48 two-bedroom apartments, in addition to 4 two-bedroom duplexes.
The building also includes a heat-monitored swimming pool, health club, prayer hall, children’s play area, public terrace, 2 floors of covered parking, a multipurpose hall, and an owner’s office.
“Binghatti Crystals is a project located in Dubai Silicon Oasis, which is an area that has proven to be excellent for both end users and investors seeking long-term rental returns,” Binghatti added.
The UAE’s leading real estate development company did not give further details concerning the property’s total cost.
