Dubai – Mubasher: Binghatti Developers on Sunday announced the completion of AED 1 billion-five projects before the end of 2017, its scheduled completion date.
The completed projects vary between residential and industrial, including Binghatti Views and Binghatti Horizon, in addition to a factory in Dubai Silicon Oasis and Binghatti Court at the Jumeirah Village Circle, according to a company statement.
The completed projects list also incorporates the main building of the juice and food factory in Abu Dhabi, which makes up 50% of the total investments, Binghatti Developers stated.
"Binghatti Developer is proud to deliver all its 2017 targets three months ahead of schedule. This reflects the company's determination to meet its objectives for the current year," said Mohammed Binghatti the company’s chief executive officer (CEO).
"We are constantly looking at the best investment opportunities in the local market in Dubai, as our future objectives do not stop at certain limits,” he added.
Binghatti Developers has commenced the implementation of its future plan, which is projected to be realised by 2020, Binghatti continued.
The company has 17 new-project portfolio distributed in various districts in Dubai as Silicon Valley, Business Bay, and Al Jaddaf.
The company has seen “dynamic growth” in 2016 that reflected in its portfolio, as it has now 30 underway projects in a range of locations in Dubai, which will deliver 6,000 residential units, the CEO concluded.
In September, Binghatti Developers launched “Binghatti Stars” with AED 250 million investments in Dubai Silicon Oasis, which will comprise 363 flats and other types of units.
