Dubai – Mubasher: Binghatti Developers, Binghatti Holding’s unit, has sold 60% of Millennium Binghatti Residences Phase I’s units, according to a company statement released on Sunday.
Upon its completion, the AED 400 million Millennium Binghatti Residences will comprise 230 units, including studios, single and double bedrooms, along with entertainment facilities.
The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2019, the UAE-based company revealed.
Since its incorporation, Binghatti Developers completed 25 projects with total investments of around AED 3 billion, adding over 5000 units to the Emirati real estate market.
