Dubai – Mubasher: Binghatti Developers, Binghatti Holding’s unit, plans to launch Millennium Binghatti Residences on Dubai's Water Canal in Business Bay next month, with a total cost of AED 400 million.
The new project will comprise 230 units, including studios, single and double bedrooms, along with entertainment facilities, according to Al Khaleej newspaper.
In October 2017, Binghatti Developers announced that it had completed 5 projects with total investments of AED 1 billion.
