Riyadh-Mubasher: Bishah Agriculture Development posted net losses of SAR 104,000 in June, according to a bourse statement issued Thursday on Tadawul.
During the six months of 2016, the Saudi firm registered SAR 488,000 losses as compared to SAR 671,000 in the same period of 2015.
Bishah’s accumulated losses to June 2016 reached SAR 67.53 million, representing 135.06% of the SAR 50 million capital.
According to the statement, the company said that the fair value of Bishah’s land space is higher from the book value by about SAR 14.7 million.
The company will hold its extraordinary general meeting on 24 July to discuss whether to keep the company’s business or liquidate it.
