Riyadh – Mubasher: Bishah Agriculture Development Company’s losses worsened in April 2016 by 46.8% to SAR 116,000 ($30,930), versus SAR 79,000 ($21,000) in April 2015.
In the first four months of the year, net losses reached SAR 290,000 ($77,326), compared to SAR 439,000 ($117,055) in the same period of 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The company’s accumulated losses came to SAR 67,330 ($17,952) last April, representing 134.66% of the capital amounting SAR 50 million ($13.33 million).
Bishah’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on 12 June to vote on the liquidation of the company or continuing its business activity.
