Mubasher: Abu Dhabi-based Bloom Holding’s facilities management (FM) subsidiary, b.fm, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with AlKifah Real Estate to expand its facilities management services in Saudi Arabia.
Under the deal, AlKifah real estate and Bloom Holding’s unit will cooperate in different investments in an effort to launch related consultancy offers and to establish facilities management (FM) operations across the kingdom.
“This MoU brings together two of the leading diversified business entities in the region to collaborate on various business opportunities related to facility management in Saudi Arabia,” Bloom Holding’s CEO Sameh Muhtadi said.
FM provides facility management services to various firms in retail, banking, hospitality, sports, commercial, residential, and educational sectors in different cities in the UAE.
AlKifah real estate is a subsidiary of AlKifah Holding.
AlKifah Holding offers various investment opportunities, with a main focus on community enrichment, paper production, construction solutions, contracting, and property development.
