Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Bloom Properties, a subsidiary of Bloom Holding, has announced that it will showcase its development in the United States as well as several others in the UAE during its participation in Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2018.
The company, which did not specify the location of its US development, said that it will uncover more details about the project during the event.
As for its UAE properties, the Bloom Holding unit said it will showcase US, Bloom Heights and Bloom Towers in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai along with the mixed-use developments Park View and Soho Square in Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat.
Housing a residential and hotel apartment building, Park View features design and architectural elements that are integral to urban upscale living, Bloom Properties said in a statement.
It added that both Park View and Soho Square, whose deliveries are slated for the fourth quarter of 2018, are located close to the New York University Abu Dhabi campus as well as other major tourist attractions in the emirate.
"Cityscape provide[s] us with an ideal platform to engage directly with local and international buyers who are interested in our diverse offering,” Bloom Holding’s CEO Sameh Muhtadi said.
Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2018 will take place from 17 until 19 April at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
