Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Bloom Properties has awarded five construction contracts valued at over AED 1 billion since the beginning of 2017, according to a statement.
The developer appointed General Construction Company for the main construction works of Stella Maris, Becon Construction for Bloom Heights, and Emirates Link Maltauro for FAYA at the 132-townhome Bloom Gardens and the 302-residence Soho Square urban development.
Airolink was also awarded a contract to build Bloom Education’s Brighton College UK and Dwight School New York schools in Dubai.
Bloom Heights is another project in progress in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), offering 686 residential units from studios to one, two and three bedroom apartments.
