Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Bloom Properties commenced the enabling works of Bloom Towers in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai, according to a bourse statement.
The developer has appointed National Piling to execute the project that is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2020.
The project has attracted high investor uptake since its launch at the 11th edition of Cityscape Abu Dhabi three months ago.
Bloom Towers will consist of three towers with a total of 944 units, with the two towers allocated for sale to comprise 689 contemporary studios and one-bedroom apartments.
