Bloom Properties to launch $180 project in US Minnesota

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Bloom Holding’s unit, Bloom Properties, on Tuesday announced that Minnesota State in the US has approved the company’s $180 project to build apartments, a hotel, and elderly care facilities in the state. 

The Abu Dhabi-based developer is weighing investment plans in various countries, including Egypt, Portugal, Georgia, and Romania, CEO Sameh Muhtadi told Emarat Al Youm newspaper. 

Bloom Properties is set to complete three residential projects comprise 882 units in Abu Dhabi, which will be delivered in 2018, Muhtadi added, as Emarat Al Youm reported.

The top official also stated that the company was planning to open the five-star Edition Hotel in Abu Dhabi during 2018.  

Bloom Property is working on meeting the requirements for listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), Muhtadi revealed, noting that setting the final date for listing was based on several factors, topped by investors’ appetite for the company’s shares.

The Abu Dhabi-based company will be a public joint-stock company in the next year, Muhtadi concluded, according to Emarat Al Youm.
