Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Bloom Properties, a subsidiary of Bloom Holding, plans to launch three new projects in 2016, in addition to its FAYA project unveiled on Monday, said the parent company’s CEO Sameh Muhtadi on the sidelines of Cityscape which kicked off Tuesday.
To be located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the three projects will receive 30-35% finance from equity and 70-75% through debt, Muhtadi told Mubasher on the sidelines of Cityscape which brings together 90 regional and global exhibitors.
The company will also inaugurate a new hotel, as part of Bloom Central, under the management of Marriott.
Bloom Central is a 25-storey mixed-use project comprising two blocks in Abu Dhabi.
