Bloom awards contract for Stella Maris to General Construction

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Bloom Properties, a Bloom Holding business specialised in the development of integrated and sustainable communities, announced on Tuesday that it has awarded General Construction Company the contract for the main works of the Stella Maris project.

The company said in a statement that the 52-storey luxury development will deliver 313 high-end residences in total, ranging from one- to three-bedroom units, as well as four-bedroom duplex apartments and penthouses.

"The commencement of the main works at Stella Maris is a major milestone for this landmark project. Setting new benchmarks for upscale living, Stella Maris will offer all the conveniences of modern urban life for its residents. Awarding this contract underlines our commitment to delivering the project on schedule, while meeting the highest standards of quality,” Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, said.

Masoud Manla, general manager of General Construction Company, said, “We are extremely honoured to have been selected for this prestigious project by Bloom Properties.

“General Construction Company possesses a highly skilled workforce as well as strong expertise and technical know-how to ensure the successful completion of the project to the highest specifications endorsed by the developer,” he added.
