Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market’s general index grew 10.73 points, or 0.4%, to close at 2,698.78 points on Thursday, pushed up by blue chips.
Emaar Properties added 0.97%, Dubai Investments rose by 0.79%, and Emirates NBD gained 0.44%. Damac Properties lost 0.71%.
Market capitalisation went up to AED 369.29 billion on Thursday, compared to AED 368.46 billion on Wednesday.
The services sector rose by 1.66% and the investment sector grew by 0.62%, while the real estate sector increased by 0.43% and banking sector added 0.17%.
The DFM’s trading volume reached 125.39 million shares, while the market’s liquidity amounted to AED 240.65 million.
