Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a negative performance in Thursday’s early trades, amid the fall of all sectors.
The general index lost 0.69% or 22.71 points to 3,262.35 points by 11:17am UAE time.
The market saw trading of 92.19 million shares through 1,079 transactions, with a turnover of AED 92.19 million.
The telecom sector was the worst performer after falling 1.44%, weighed by the decline of Etisalat by 1.44%.
The real estate sector retreated 0.90% as Deyaar Development, Emaar Properties and Arabtec Holding slid 0.90%, 1.83% and 0.69%, respectively.
The banks sector decreased 0.30% after Salam International Investment and Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) fell 1.90% and 0.91%, respectively.
