Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) (saw a bearish performance) struck the minus column on Tuesday, weighed down by leading sectors.
The general index lost 1.74% or 76.44 points to reach 4,309.03 points.
Trading volume reached 124.30 million shares on Tuesday, compared to 111.08 million shares on Monday.
Turnover grew 14.5% to AED 176.677 million from to AED 154.36 million
The telecom sector went down 2.99% after Etisalat retreated 2.99%.
The banks sector slid 1.51% as Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) lost 2.84%, followed by First Gulf Bank (FGB), TAQA and Dana Gas which decreased 2.12%, 1.10% and 1.89%, respectively.
The real estate sector levelled down 0.78% due to a 1.09% decline in Aldar Properties.
