Dubai-Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a negative performance in Tuesday’s early trades, amid the decline of blue chips especially in the investment, banks and real estate sectors.
The main index fell 0.3% or 10.2 points to reach 3,525 points by 10:30am UAE time.
The investment sector led losers with a 1.6% decline as Dubai Investments slid 1.8%.
The banks sector retreated 0.4% after Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) declined 0.5%. Similarly, the real estate sector levelled down 0.15% due to a decrease in Emaar Malls Group by 1%.
Turnover reached AED 88.93 million after trading 60.4 million shares through 909 transactions.
