Mubasher: Boubyan Petrochemical said that its board member, Khalid Al Ameer, representing Mubarak Al Dabbous Sons General Trading and Contracting Co, has purchased about 882,460 shares in Boubyan Petrochemical.
The purchasing transaction was executed at a value of 700.49 fils per share at a total value of around KWD 618,200.
It is noteworthy that Boubyan Petrochemical has a capital of KWD 53.48 million distributed on 534.8 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
