Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eshraq Properties said on Wednesday that board member, Jamal Hamad Alsagayer, has resigned from his position on 27 December.
The resignation was based on consultations with the board to reduce the number of members to be compatible with the new companies law and the new article of association approved by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), according to a bourse filing.
