Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eshraq Properties approved the resignation of Omar Saleh Babaker from his position as a board member, according to a bourse filing.
Board member, Jamal Hamad Alsagayer, resigned from his position on 27 December.
Eshraq’s shareholders earlier appointed Jassim Mohammed Al Siddiqi as the new chairman.
The company’s stock fell 0.8% to AED 1.11 by 11:45am UAE time, after generating AED 7.81 million from the exchange of 6.88 million shares.
