Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai-listed Gulf Navigation Holding said that the resignation of its seven board members effective from 14 January should not affect the company’s functionality which will continue as usual with the Vice Chairman Salem Ali Al Zaabi and the two remaining members.
The annual general meeting, which was scheduled to be held on 18 January, will not be changed, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
