Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) data for Thursday showed that boards of directors were mostly buyers.
The total trading volume stood at 730,600 shares, with a related group in Electro Cable Egypt taking the biggest portion of 500,000 shares.
The board of Elsewedy Electric bought 150,000 shares, while the company’s management purchased 1,850 shares.
EFIC’s board of director bought 20,000 shares. Further, 3750 shares were obtained by two related groups in Export Development .
On the other hand, sell transactions scored 199,900 shares. Credit Agricole surmounted the list, selling 168,000 sharing. Meanwhile, the boards of Arabia Investments and Gharbia Islamic Housing Development sold 30,700 and 1,250 shares respectively.
