Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Fransi Capital has announced that a dividend distribution to unit holders in its Bonyan REIT fund for the period from 3 July 2018 until 31 October 2018.
The dividends amount to SAR 39.906 million based on 162.88 million existing units, Saudi Fransi Capital said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
Per unit, the dividend amounts to SAR 0.245, while its ratio to the initial price of the unit is 2.45%, meaning that the annual return would be 7.35%.
The eligibility of the dividends shall be for unit-holders registered with the Securities Depository Center by the end of trading on Thursday, 6 December 2018.
Bonyan REIT was launched on 3 July 2018 and listed on Tadawul on 25 July.
The fund’s units closed Wednesday stable at SAR 8.43.
