Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait said that it executed a transaction on Boubyan Petrochemical regarding purchasing about 440,380 shares in Educational Holding Group.
The average price for purchasing the shares stood at 313.2 fils each at a total value of about KWD 137,840.
Boubyan Petrochemical owns a stake of 82.09% in Educational Holding.
